What we collect
Name, business, email, phone, city and any information you choose to include in the contact form or send us by email and WhatsApp.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a working relationship begins.
Who receives it
Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and receives the form submissions, processes data on our behalf. Any transfer outside the European Union follows the safeguards set out in the GDPR. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own server, with no requests to external services.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@airvid.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
