At Noolas the food and the night go together. We shot the menu in a dark, warm key, with sauces dripping and hands grabbing a slice, then stayed on for the live music, the themed parties and the crowd singing along.
The result is a stock of real content to use all year round: the food to make people hungry, the nights to make them want to be there.
